On the territory of the military school of cooks of the Western Military District, cooks and bakers from the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Belarus showed a master class on cooking national cuisine on their professional holiday – Cook’s Day.
On the material base completely renewed this year, master classes on cooking by the chef of a popular Moscow restaurant were organized. Also, at five equipped workplaces, cooks and bakers of the military school of cooks, cooks of food organizations in Moscow and specialists in carving (the art of artistic cutting of vegetables and fruits) demonstrated their skills in cooking.
Chefs and bakers prepared fish soup, pickle, pilaf, beef zrazy with baked vegetables, vegetable-stuffed squash, fish salad, fruit juice made of flattering berries, compote, and also baked cheesecakes and buns “Moskovskie”.
An exhibition exposition was organized for the guests of the festive event, where everyone could get acquainted with the individual food rations used in the Russian Ministry of Defense, as well as the technical means of the food service.
