Specialists of the housing and communal service No. 7 (Vladikavkaz) of the Federal State Budgetary Institution (FGBU) Central Housing and Communal Administration (TsZhKU) of the Russian Defense Ministry for the Southern Military District (YuVO) have completed the preparation of facilities for the autumn-winter season.
At the facilities of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the Republics of North Ossetia and Ingushetia, the heating season is 2021-2022. started earlier than the scheduled date and runs without interruptions or disruptions.
The workers of the housing and communal services at 12 facilities carried out comprehensive work on the repair of water supply and sewerage facilities, replaced 5 pumps, 22 valves on water supply networks, 12 sets of control and protection stations for electric motors for pumping equipment, replaced 35 hatches on sewerage networks, 5 km sewerage networks were rinsed by a hydrodynamic method, pressure testing and flushing of internal engineering networks were performed.
In the buildings of the barracks and housing stock, 88 shower and sink mixers were replaced, interior finishing work was carried out with an area of more than
3 thousand sq. m, roof repair with a total area of more than 1.5 thousand square meters. m, and 400 sq. m of flooring.
The preparatory work made it possible to increase the reliability of heating systems, water supply and sewerage systems of military camps, reduce the loss of coolant in heating networks, and reduce fuel consumption at boiler houses.
Specialists of the housing and communal service No. 7 of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TsZhKU” of the Ministry of Defense of Russia in the Southern Military District are taking comprehensive measures to ensure the stable operation of the heating network and heat generating complex in winter conditions.
