The days from October 28 to November 7 have been declared non-working in Moscow. At this time, the work of all organizations should be suspended in the city, with the exception of those that ensure the functioning of the city infrastructure, continuous-cycle enterprises and some others, whose activities cannot be terminated in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation.

Holidays have been announced in kindergartens and schools. The work of organizations of additional education, sports schools, children’s circles and sections is suspended. For preschoolers who have no one to leave at home, duty groups will be created in city kindergartens.

Higher and secondary vocational educational institutions can conduct classes remotely.

Restaurants, cafes, canteens, buffets, bars, eateries and other catering establishments will operate to take out or deliver. Only restaurants at hotels and hostels, as well as corporate canteens and buffets will be able to receive visitors. An important condition is that they will be available only to guests and employees.

For the period of non-working days will continue to work pharmacies, grocery stores and outlets selling essential goods. In addition, there will be retail outlets that sell goods remotely.

Theaters and museums will also be able to continue to work, but to visit them you need a QR code and a protective mask, and at the same time no more than 50 percent of visitors can be in them.
