Coworking centers provide NGOs with information support, printing services and help in organizing events.
385 non-profit organizations (NPOs) have joined coworking centers since the beginning of the year, and a total of 1,743 organizations have become their partners.
The network of NCO coworking centers comprises 11 modern venues throughout Moscow. Any of them can be contacted by non-profit organizations that work in the capital and implement projects for the benefit of the city and its residents.
Each coworking center has workstations with computers and Internet access, meeting and presentation rooms with multimedia equipment, lounge areas with bookcrossing points and coffee machines.
In addition to conveniently equipped venues for meetings and events, in all coworking centers, non-profit organizations can receive professional advice, use the services of a photographer or a printing house, and become participants educational programs… The premises are adapted for people with limited mobility and operate daily: from Monday to Saturday – from 10:00 to 21:00, on Sunday – from 10:00 to 17:45.
“There are more than six thousand non-profit social organizations operating in Moscow. Each of them does its own thing: environmentalists help homeless animals, sports organizations develop a culture of healthy lifestyles. There are those who take care of pensioners and people with disabilities, large families. Our coworking centers are platforms where they can get together with like-minded people, work and come up with new projects. It is especially pleasant that the number of our partners is constantly growing. Since the beginning of this year, more than 300 NGOs of the city have signed cooperation agreements with us, ”said Pavel Simakov, head of the network of coworking centers of the NGO.
Room for classes with teenagers
The flagship co-working center of the NGO is located within walking distance from the Ryazanskiy Prospekt metro station. For the work of non-profit organizations, there are premises that can accommodate several dozen people, a conference hall and a concert hall, a meeting room, a cafe, a games room and a parking lot. From mid-October, on Saturdays, one of the halls hosts classes of the Shalash Charitable Foundation. He specializes in the adaptation and socialization of children from seven to 13 years old who find themselves in a difficult life situation. Teachers help children who have experienced the loss of a loved one or are experiencing difficulties due to a change of place of residence, as well as those who constantly conflict with their parents and classmates. Since July, the support of coworking centers has been received by the public organization “Sports Club of Taekwondo North-West”. The club conducts classes in North Korean hand-to-hand fighting, football or taekwondo in different parts of the city… The venues are far from each other, so the club’s coaches chose the Northwestern District NPO coworking center for the meetings. Here they solve organizational issues, plan joint events and discuss the further development of the club.
Typography and information support

How to use the services of coworking centers
Any socially oriented NGO can become a partner of a network of coworking centers and receive support. To do this, you need to contact one of the coworking spaces and sign a cooperation agreement. Center employees will help you fill out the necessary documents and find the necessary services and services. After the conclusion of the agreement, NGOs will be able to book workplaces or a venue for events, receive information support or use other services.
