The square is located on the territory of the former White City and is surrounded by historical buildings, and not far from it there is a modern art quarter.

It is proposed to complete the program at the Northern River Station. It opened after renovation last year. The station building is recognized as an architectural monument, and the public spaces around it are popular with Muscovites and guests of the capital.

The service was developed at the initiative of the Moscow Government. The implementation of the project is supervised by the Tourism Committee together with Department of Information Technology of the city
