Aviation Lieutenant General Yuri Leonidovich Fotinov has gone from an aircraft technician to a military pilot. Member of the Great Patriotic War. For 30 years of service, he mastered 15 types of aircraft. For 24 years, he combined flight work with the execution of command positions from deputy squadron commander to deputy chief of the political department of the Air Force. Yu.L.
