The investor will invest almost 100 billion rubles in the reorganization of the industrial zone. At the same time, annual revenues to the city budget will exceed seven billion rubles. In addition, they want to build more than 400 thousand square meters of real estate on this territory.

The Industrial Quarters project makes it possible to bring unused, virtually abandoned urban areas into circulation. The first agreement on their integrated development was concluded in July 2020 and concerned a section of the Oktyabrskoye Pole industrial zone (total area – 5.92 hectares). About 14 billion rubles of investments will be directed here, and the budget effect will amount to almost 1.8 billion rubles. The project will be completed in six years, but the investor plans to complete the construction by 2024.

At the beginning of November last year, Moscow hosted the country’s first auction for the right to conclude an agreement for the integrated development of territories, within the framework of which a part of the Korovino industrial zone in the north of the capital will be reorganized. At the beginning of June 2021, at the 24th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, two more agreements were signed on the integrated development of the territory of the Kuntsevo industrial zone and the second section of Korovin. In September 2021, the fifth agreement was signed – on the reorganization of the Altufevskoe Highway industrial zone.
