In the combined-arms formation of the Eastern Military District, stationed in the Republic of Buryatia, revaccination of servicemen and family members of servicemen who, on a voluntary basis, underwent a full course of vaccination against coronavirus infection, is being routinely carried out.

During the revaccination, the servicemen of the association are injected with two components of the vaccine with an interval of 21 days.

First of all, medical workers, military personnel, command personnel and duty forces of formations and military units undergo revaccination. Before starting the procedure, everyone undergoes the necessary medical examination by a doctor.

In addition, everyone from among the family members of military personnel has the opportunity to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in the clinic of the military hospital of the Air Defense Forces.

Before the injection, military medical specialists carefully check the health of the patients. Vaccination is carried out intramuscularly, in compliance with all necessary protective measures.

It should be noted that revaccination measures are actively carried out in remote garrisons of the Republic of Buryatia. For example, over a thousand people have already undergone revaccination in the Kyakhta garrison.

In total, in Buryatia, in the course of preventive measures aimed at preventing the spread of a viral infection, it is planned to revaccinate over 20 thousand servicemen and their families.
