In Troitsk, the resettlement of residents of four five-story buildings begins as part of the renovation program, said the head Department of urban planning policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin.

“On October 29, about 550 residents of Troitsk will receive letters with an offer of apartments, and on October 30 they will be able to inspect the new housing and start preparing for the move. The participants of the renovation program will be offered apartments in buildings 15 and 17 on Akademika Cherenkov Street, ”the head of the department noted.

Sergey Levkin added that residents of house 3 on Novaya street and houses 1, 3 and 5 on Sportivnaya street will receive new housing. Now in the Trinity District, out of 124 houses included in the renovation program, 15 are completely resettled, 13 of them have already been dismantled using smart demolition technology. Eight starting sites for new buildings have been selected on the territory of the district.

Renovation program ends in two settlements of the TyNAO

The housing stock renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5176 houses. For its implementation, 533 launch sites were selected.
