Anastasia Komarova received a certificate in the amount of 50 thousand rubles for the purchase of photographic equipment.

The award ceremony for the winner of the “Troika Map: New Sights of Moscow” competition took place in the park of the Northern River Station. Anastasia Komarova, the author of the photograph of the station building, was awarded a certificate in the amount of 50 thousand rubles for the purchase of photographic equipment.

The competition was held from August 11 to October 10 this year. To participate, it was necessary to send a photo of one of the 12 public spaces, landscaped according to the program “My region”… The winner of the competition was determined during the voting in the project “Active citizen”, which was attended by over 186 thousand people.

Anastasia Komarova captured the building of the Northern River Station illuminated by the evening lights. This photo has received more than 15 thousand votes of “active citizens”. The photo was printed on a limited edition Troika card, which was issued on the day of the awarding with a circulation of 10 thousand copies. The card can be purchased at the ticket offices of the stations located inside the Moscow Metro’s Circle Line and on the line itself.

“Moscow changes every day, and I want to accept many changes with gratitude. For example, the Northern River Terminal has been truly transformed and has become a very cozy place where you want to return. Therefore, when I decided to take part in the competition, I knew exactly which landmark of the capital I wanted to capture, ”said the winner of the competition.

In total, the competition received 497 photos new sights of the capital. Of these, 41 images met all conditions. All three first places were taken by photographs of the Northern River Station.

For the first time, the competition took place in 2020, when amateur and professional photographers sent 350 photos. The victory went to a photograph depicting the Khodynskoye Pole park.

Program “My region” operates in the capital in 2018. Its main goal is to provide comfortable conditions for all Muscovites, regardless of their place of residence. As part of the program, streets, district parks, boulevards and squares, as well as areas near water bodies, are being landscaped.

Project “Active citizen”appeared in 2014. During this time, more than five million people have joined it, of which almost two million – in 2020. Participants decide which streets, courtyards and parks need to be improved, how city polyclinics, libraries, multifunctional centers should work, and choose events for festivals and celebrations. Since the start of the project, Muscovites have taken part in more than five thousand votes. Since the end of last year, participants also have the opportunity to send their accumulated points to charity.
