Muscovites will be able to attend excursions in the open air and in museums, which will be held on non-working days from October 28 to November 7. In this case, certain requirements must be observed.

To get to events in parks that are open during this period, you must first register. During the excursion, you must maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters and wear personal protective equipment.

For an excursion to the museum, you need to buy an electronic ticket and / or register online. Visitors over 18 years of age must have a QR code, use a mask or respirator, and keep a distance. The number of participants is limited to 50 percent of the total capacity of the event venue.

On October 28, additional restrictive measures began to operate in Moscow, which were introduced due to the increase in the incidence of coronavirus infection. The enterprises of the sphere of trade, services, public catering, sports, culture, recreation and entertainment establishments, organizations that carry out film screenings have been closed. There are pharmacies and shops selling food and essential goods.
