The adjacent territory was landscaped and landscaped. Three children’s playgrounds with swings and slides were equipped in the courtyard, exercise equipment, horizontal bars and parallel bars were installed.

The renovation program was approved in 2017, it includes 5176 houses. About one million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions.
