The pilot project will last three months.

From November, for three months, residents of Novosibirsk will be able to pay for travel in public transport with a Troika card. Then, based on the results of the pilot project, a decision will be made on its implementation throughout the region.

The Troika card will help to make travel around the city more convenient and affordable. It will accelerate the technological development of transport, allow the integration of suburban routes into the ticketing system and increase the transparency of fare payments. Also, Troika will become a driver of tourist flow growth.

“Following the experience of the capital, the regions come to a significant simplification of the transport infrastructure. The project has already been successfully implemented in nine regions of the country. Now the new system based on the Troika card will provide many opportunities that are already used in other cities and residents of the Novosibirsk region, ”said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow

on transport issues Maxim Liksutov

Today, the Troika card can be used to pay in public transport in Moscow, Moscow, Tula and Rostov regions, Ulyanovsk, Novy Urengoy, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, as well as in the Perm Territory and Karelia.
