It will have 189 apartments.

In Kuzminki, under the renovation program, they began to build another house.

“At the address: Zelenodolskaya street, possession 30, land plot 1, construction of a house for resettlement has begun under the renovation program. The preparatory period is underway. Commissioning is scheduled for 2023 “, – said the head

Moscow Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

The one-section building is designed with an underground car park. The facade will be made of hinged three-layer brick-faced wall panels with baskets for air conditioners. The entrance group will be decorated with stained glass.

The new building will have 189 apartments: 43 one-room, 123 two-room and 23 three-room. Two of them will be equipped for residents with limited mobility – they will expand the corridors and install special plumbing fixtures. The finished improved finishing of the new apartments will fully comply with the program standards approved by the Moscow Government.

Shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children will open on the ground floor of the house. In the lobby of the residential part, there will be a stroller, a concierge room, a storage room for cleaning equipment, an area for placing mailboxes.

In addition, the building will be equipped with three elevators with visual and tactile media with a lifting capacity of 1,000 kilograms. The entrance, the floor of the lobbies and elevator halls on the ground floor will be flush with the ground. Thus, parents with strollers and people with limited mobility will be able to get into the entrance without assistance, and the tiles with a rough surface at the entrance will prevent slipping at any time of the year.

In the courtyard there will be a playground and sports grounds, as well as places for recreation. Trees, shrubs, flower beds and lawns will be planted in the local area.

The renovation program was approved in 2017; today it includes 5176 houses. About one million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions.
