The units marched in a combined way along various routes.

Transport aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces were involved in the transfer of troops and military equipment.

The helicopters of the aviation group of the 201st military base of the Central Military District provided escort and cover for the columns.

In the exercises “Interaction”, “Search” and “Echelon”, which were held under the leadership of the commander of the Central Military District, Colonel-General Alexander Lapin from October 18 to 23, about 4 thousand servicemen took part, over 500 units of military equipment were involved.

The core of the Russian military contingent was formed by the units of the 201st military base, including mountain motorized rifle, tank, artillery units, as well as special purpose units and specialists in electronic warfare, radiation, chemical and biological protection.
