In addition to the 50 points that were opened earlier, now you can take the express test in 15 centers of public services(daily from 08:00 to 20:00), as well as in the lobbies of several metro stations (from 09:00 to 21:00). This includes the stations Tverskaya and Pushkinskaya (near the turnstiles, exits No. 2–4), Mayakovskaya (near the turnstiles, exit No. 1), Turgenevskaya (near the ticket offices, exits No. 3–5), “Khoroshevskaya” (western lobby, exits No. 1-4), “Tretyakovskaya” (in front of the glass doors, exit No. 2).

It is absolutely free, you only need to take your passport and OMS policy number with you (if any). To test a child, you must have his birth certificate. Children are allowed to the procedure only in the presence of their parents.
Express testing is carried out using the same technology as PCR: a nasal swab is taken, but to obtain a result, the biomaterial is immediately placed in a specialized solution and a test system.
A positive rapid test result does not mean that a person has a disease. In this case, a smear is also taken for a PCR study – immediately on the spot, without queues and prior appointments. In this case, you do not need to pay anything. The exact result will be known in one or two days, it will come in an SMS message and will be displayed in the electronic medical record. He will need to wait at home. If it turns out to be positive, then a doctor is sent to the sick person who will prescribe treatment.
Non-working days in Moscow will last from October 28 to November 7. During this period, the activities of enterprises in the sphere of trade, services, public catering, sports, culture, recreation and entertainment institutions, and other organizations, including those carrying out film screenings, were suspended. The exception is businesses that sell medicines, food and essential goods. Selling goods and providing services remotely also continues.
Besides, from October 25 businesses must relocate 30 percent of their employees to telecommuting. Citizens over 60 years old and Muscovites with chronic diseases who have not been vaccinated and have not been sick with COVID-19 in the past six months must follow a home regimen. Such requirements will be valid until February 25, 2022.
