Strengthened control over the networks of heat, gas, electricity and water supply of apartment buildings and industrial facilities.

The capital’s life support systems operate normally on non-working days. This was told by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement Peter Biryukov

“From October 28 to November 7, the Mayor of Moscow announced non-working days, this was done to reduce the incidence of coronavirus infection,” noted Pyotr Biryukov. “During this period, city services are working on high alert, control over heat, gas, electricity and water supply to apartment buildings and industrial facilities has been strengthened.”

Streets and courtyards are cleaned as planned, garbage is removed.

For the safety of Muscovites and employees of the urban complex, 92 percent of employees were vaccinated against coronavirus infection. This, according to Peter Biryukov, makes it possible to ensure the life of the capital without interruption.

During the period of “long” weekends, enterprises and organizations of the municipal economy complex accept requests from Muscovites online – by phone, e-mail, in your personal account. In addition, utility issues can be resolved through a single dispatch center. Applications are accepted around the clock by phone: +7 495 539-53-53. You can also leave a request using service on the portal.
