October 29, 2021 in St. Kuznetsov ”opened a photo exhibition“ ARISTOCRATS OF THE SEA ”, dedicated to a significant date – the 325th anniversary of the Russian fleet.
The exhibition is officially supported by the High Command of the Russian Navy.
The official date of the founding of the Russian fleet is October 30, 1696, when, at the suggestion of Peter I, the Boyar Duma adopted a resolution “Sea ships should be …”.
Within the framework of the program of events of the High Command of the Russian Navy for the 325th anniversary of the Russian Navy, the photo exhibition “ARISTOCRATS OF THE SEAS” has already been exhibited at the Admiralty, the Peter the Great Naval Corps, the Hall of Fame of the Children-Heroes of the Nakhimov Naval School, the Naval Academy named after the Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union .G. Kuznetsov “(building in Peterhof), the Museum of Labor Glory of the St. Petersburg Maritime Bureau of Mechanical Engineering” Malakhit “, Gazprom Flot LLC, EXPOFORUM Exhibition and Convention Center.
The founders of the Marine Photographic Collection Foundation – photographers Alexander Alyakrinsky, Alexander Kilmet, photographer and artist-designer Rosita Ruiz presented their work.
At the opening ceremony, Alexander Alyakrinsky, President of the Marine Photographic Collection Foundation, noted: “We really wanted to open the anniversary exhibition in the forge of the naval engineers in Pushkin on the eve of the 325th anniversary of the Russian fleet. We want you to see through our photographs the beauty of proud, majestic sailing ships, submarines and warships combined with a vibrant marine palette. We thank the management of the institute for the opportunity to present our work for the future admirals of the Russian fleet! “

The exhibition “ARISTOCRATS OF THE SEAS” (over 140 photographs) was exhibited in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sevastopol, Vladivostok, Sochi, Yalta, Gurzuf, Berlin, Prague, Barcelona, Tarragona, Segovia, Granada, Lisbon, Vienna, Kronstadt, Ushuaia.
