On the eve of the 325th anniversary of the Russian Navy, workers of the housing and communal service No. 4 of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Central Housing and Communal Administration” in the Northern Fleet were awarded commemorative medals and certificates for conscientious work.

The supply of heat, water and electricity to the offices and barracks, the cleanliness of the premises and the cleaning of the territory in military camps depend on the labor and diligence of military utilities.

As explained by the head of ZhKS No. 4 Alexander Shubin, workers of ZhKS No. 4 serve the facilities of the Ministry of Defense in the garrisons of Gadzhievo, Vidyaevo, Polyarny. Their area of ​​responsibility is the uninterrupted operation of boiler houses, water supply and sewerage systems, cleaning activities, removal of MSW from the territory of military units and much more. The leadership of the organization constantly interacts with the command of the units on all issues of housing and communal services, and makes every effort to ensure that the problems of housing and communal services do not affect the combat effectiveness of the Armed Forces.

A cell of the Trade Union of Civilian Personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was organized in ZhKS No. 4. Almost all labor disputes are resolved within the organization. The chairman of the trade union cell acts as a mediator in negotiations between workers and management. This is not the only plus of the union’s work. Actively members of the trade union, and today there are 45 people, go to rest in the Krasnodar Territory on vouchers provided by the trade union line. This year alone, 24 workers have rested in the south. For the holidays, children of union members receive gifts.

On the day of the formation of the Russian fleet, 12 active members of the trade union in a solemn atmosphere, the head of ZhKS No. 4, Alexander Shubin, presented medals “325 years to the Russian Navy”, certificates and thanked them for their hard work and conscientious performance of duties.

Among the awardees – Elena Zelenkova. She has been working as a service janitor for over 7 years. Now in her area of ​​responsibility is a particularly important facility – a naval hospital. Given the turbulent epidemiological situation, she has to take even more careful care of the cleanliness of the premises.

Another winner of the medal was Yulia Sibryaeva, a leading engineer of the department for the operation of energy metering devices: “I came to ZhKS No. 4 with no work experience, but the management gave me the opportunity to prove myself and believe in my strength. I check the operation of metering devices, keep records and conclude contracts with contractors for the installation or replacement of metering devices. This is my first award and I am pleased that my work has been appreciated. “
