Servicemen of the railway connection of the Central Military District (CVO), stationed in the Republic of Khakassia, prepared more than 4 tons of liquid oxygen to supply medical institutions in Siberia.

For continuous operation and control of the oxygen-producing complex, the servicemen organized round-the-clock duty and installed a storage tank with a capacity of about 5 thousand liters. The complex is capable of accumulating up to one ton of liquid oxygen or 120 gaseous cylinders per day. The transfer will be carried out at the request from medical institutions for the required volume to ensure the treatment of patients.

As previously reported, on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu, instructed the commander of the Central Military District to provide assistance to regional medical institutions of the Republic of Khakassia.
