This will allow them to save more than 37 million rubles a year.

Four metropolitan enterprises have received the status of an industrial complex since the beginning of the year. This will allow them to significantly reduce their tax expenses. For holders of the status, the regional income tax rate is 13.5 percent. Also, the property tax has been halved, the land tax has been reduced by 80 percent. In addition, the rent for land for them will decrease by 80 percent and amount to only 0.3 percent of the cadastral value of the site.

“Four industries, which received the status of an industrial complex in 2021, provide jobs for more than three thousand residents of the city. Their total tax savings will exceed 37 million rubles per year. In total, over 60 enterprises have already received the status of an industrial complex, employing about 71 thousand people. For five years, the aggregate volume of investments in these industries amounted to 35.5 billion rubles. This status allows all industrial complexes to save about 1.7 billion rubles a year, ”said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations

Vladimir Efimov.

This year the status received Central Institute of Aviation Motors named after P.I. Baranova, Moscow processed cheese factory “Karat”, Central Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics named after N.N. Priorova, and Bread and flour confectionery manufacturer Fazer.

Fazer is one of the last companies to receive the status of an industrial complex. Now it will be able to save about 23.6 million rubles annually and allocate additional funds for the development of production and solving other priority tasks. For five years, the volume of investments of the company has exceeded 700 million rubles, and the average monthly salary of employees is more than 75 thousand rubles “, – said the head

Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow Alexander Prokhorov.

Manufacturing enterprises registered in Moscow, as well as companies working in the field of research and development, can apply for the status of an industrial complex. The enterprise must comply with a number of financial indicators. Among them are the size of the average wage, the size of the wage fund, as well as the volume of investments attracted over the past five years.
