“As part of the renovation program, Mosgosexpertiza experts have agreed on a project for the construction of a residential five-section building with a one-level underground parking lot in the Perovo region. The building has 346 apartments, namely 70 one-room, 210 two-room and 66 three-room. Public premises will appear on the first floor of the building, ”he said.

Outside, the walls of the first floor and the basement are faced with ceramic bricks, from the second floor and above – with three-layer panels with ceramic bricks cladding. The facade of the building will be ventilated. The interior decoration of the apartments will be carried out according to the approved standards. renovation programs

A parking lot for residents will be provided on the underground floor. Entry and exit of cars is organized on a single-track closed ramp with traffic lights. It will be possible to control the movement using video surveillance from the security room.

Flat parking lots, driveways, pedestrian zones, areas for recreation, games and sports will appear near the house. During the improvement, small architectural forms will be installed there, lawns will be laid out, trees will be planted and lanterns will be installed.

The renovation program was approved in the capital in 2017 – it included 5176 houses. About a million Muscovites will be able to move to new apartments. Already built according to the program 155 new buildings with a total area of ​​two million square meters.
