New investment projects are being implemented on Leningradskoye Highway and Shenogin Street.

The city has assigned the status of investment projects to create places of employment for two construction projects being implemented outside the Third Transport Ring (TTK). The corresponding order was signed at a meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow GovernmentSergei Sobyanin

Within the framework of the projects, real estate objects with a total area of ​​76.7 thousand square meters will be built. Investors will create more than 2.2 thousand jobs there. Investments in the implementation of projects will amount to 8.5 billion rubles.

Thus, an administrative and business center with offices, trade and public catering facilities will appear on Shenogin Street, where 1.7 thousand jobs will be created. The area of ​​the object will be 56 thousand square meters.

An industrial technopark for 600 jobs is planned to be built on the Leningradskoye Highway. The area of ​​the future facility is 20.7 thousand square meters.

The Moscow government approved a program to stimulate the creation of places of employment outside the Third Transport Ring in 2019 (Resolution No. 1874-PP dated December 31, 2019). It involves the provision of benefits to investors who build industrial and office facilities, education, science, healthcare and social security, sports, culture, trade, public catering, as well as shopping and entertainment centers.

The implementation of the program will ensure the comprehensive balanced development of new areas outside the Third Transport Ring, as well as reduce the shortage of jobs and reduce commuting within the city.

Projects have already been approved involving investments in the amount of over 60 billion rubles, which will create more than 20 thousand jobs. Developers can apply for special status through Moscow investment portal
