On the eve of the departure, the parachuting team of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation underwent a drill and briefing at the CSKA Museum of Sports Glory.

Within the framework of the event, the awarding of departmental awards of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation took place.

By orders of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation for high performance in service activities and a great contribution to the development of physical culture and sports:

Sergeant Maria Elkina was awarded the medal “For Military Valor” II degree.

Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Ivanov and Warrant Officer Valery Khyuvenen were awarded the medal “For Strengthening the Combat Commonwealth”.

Certificates of honor of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation were presented to Lieutenant Alexei Bykov, Warrant Officer Konstantin Kotov, Senior Warrant Officer Elena Laktionova, and Senior Lieutenant Dmitry Maksimov.

Also, Lieutenant Alexei Bykov was awarded the 1st degree medal “For Distinction in Military Service”.
