To create a new transport artery, it is necessary to build and reconstruct 12.9 kilometers of roads, including overpasses near Maresyev, Pokrovskaya and Lukhmanovskaya streets. In addition, the builders will have to install noise screens in the area of SNT “Zenino” in Lyubertsy and equip three underground pedestrian crossings (in the area of Sochinskaya Street and SNT “Zenino”).
The new road from Lukhmanovskaya Street to the city limits will allow organizing traffic-free traffic from the Moscow Ring Road to the Moscow Region. With its help, Zeninskoe and Kosinskoe highways will directly connect, the transport situation in Nekrasovka will improve and a convenient transit route outside Moscow will appear.
Works are in progress as part of the extension of the Northeast Expressway to the city border.
