Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the establishment of the Department of Project Activities in the Government Office. It was headed by Yulia Levitskaya.

The new structure replaced the abolished Department of Project Management. The decision on transformations was made to improve the work of the Government Office on monitoring the implementation of state programs, national projects, national development goals approved by the President, and other priority projects, including 42 strategic initiatives, based on primary data.

One of the main tasks of the department will be extended monitoring of the implementation of measures and the achievement of indicators, with the obligatory monitoring of the risks of their deviation from the approved schedule and feedback from the population.

Yulia Levitskaya is a third-class active state councilor.

Graduated from the State University of Management. He is a qualified specialist in information security and administration in the digital economy.

She worked in the Federal Tax Service, where she rose from a specialist of the first category to the head of the data management unit of the central office.

In the Government Office, since February 2020, Yulia Levitskaya oversaw the creation and development of an automated monitoring and analysis system (state programs, national projects, national development goals) and other projects. Provided general coordination of the activities of a number of project groups of the Government Coordination Center.
