As part of attracting the military personnel of the research company of the All-Russian Military Scientific and Technical Department of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to the public life of the city of federal significance St. Petersburg, the operators of the research company attended the annual charity event “St. Petersburg Ball on Wheels”, which is taking place for the seventh time.
This became possible thanks to the cooperation of the military personnel of the scientific company with the “Arevik” Palace of Music Therapy and Healing Art, organized by the command of the academy since the company’s existence. Traditionally, balls are an integral part of the atmosphere of the Northern capital, but the Ball on Wheels has a special meaning, it is a great holiday for each participant. The aim of the ball is to draw attention to the problems of children with disabilities (with disabilities), to promote culture and beauty, harmony and personal excellence, as well as to help children get an unforgettable experience in this difficult time caused by the restrictions due to the pandemic. This event was held at a high organizational level.
The servicemen of the scientific company assisted in holding the event, danced with the children, and also accompanied and assisted the children in their movement. For children, not only dances were organized to the beautiful melodies of great composers, but also performances prepared especially for this ball. Among them were: a performance by the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Tatyana Bulanova, performances of various dance and singing groups, as well as a balancing act and magician show. And at the end of the festive evening, the king and queen of the “Seventh St. Petersburg Ball on Wheels” were chosen among children with special needs.
Parents and children expressed to the operators of the Scientific Company and the Military Academy of material and technical support named after General of the Army A.V. Khrulyov’s deep gratitude for the help provided to them. The servicemen of the research company will continue to help people with disabilities free of charge.
