Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of Staff of the Government Dmitry Grigorenko took part in the board of the Federal Tax Service, timed to coincide with the Day of Tax Authorities Employee.
“Today we record a high level of revenues to all levels of the budget: following the results of 10 months, this is 37% more than in the same period last year, or by more than 6 trillion rubles. To a large extent, this result is associated with an increase in the quality of tax administration, which is based on digital technologies, ”noted Dmitry Grigorenko.
According to him, it becomes more convenient to pay taxes every year. Thanks to the introduction of modern technologies, the Tax Service is successfully developing electronic services, of which there are already more than 60.
Dmitry Grigorenko added that the creation of a convenient and “invisible” state for citizens and businesses is one of the main strategic tasks of the Government. For systematic work in this direction, the project “Client-centered state” has been developed. It is planned that the Federal Tax Service will become one of the anchor platforms for its implementation.
“Firstly, the service has full coverage of clients – all citizens – 157 million, 3.6 million individual entrepreneurs, 3.3 million legal entities. Secondly, the FTS interacts with almost all government bodies – this is a great experience of the internal client culture. Thirdly, in many areas, the service has already accumulated extensive experience in tools for creating a product for a client: these are user testing laboratories, and feedback channels, and monitoring the quality of services, ”said Dmitry Grigorenko.
