The capital’s Yunarmeys attended the premiere screening of the feature film “Sky”. Some of them took a direct part in the filming of the picture at the Chkalovsky airfield.

Based on real events, the picture tells the story of the heroic deed of the Hero of Russia, Lieutenant Colonel Oleg Peshkov, who died while performing a combat mission in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Each of the young soldiers involved in the filming was awarded this honor due to personal success in their studies, as well as for their active participation in the life of the movement.

“I cannot express in words how glad I was to become a part of this truly sensational film project of our time. Emotions were overwhelmed then, at the airport, but I felt their real storm today when I saw the result of that work. I saw myself and my comrades, who put their souls into that, albeit a small episode, but in its own way dramatic, touching and fateful, ”said the youth soldier Vladislav Kuzmin.

After the premiere, the guys met with the actors and the film crew of the film. The filmmakers told the young patriots in more detail about the filming process, professions in the film industry and their features.

Recall that the All-Russian youth military-patriotic movement “UNARMIA” was created in 2016 at the initiative of the Ministry of Defense and with the support of the President of Russia. Now in its ranks there are more than 900 thousand participants – the most daring, the most courageous, the most initiative guys. The main task of the movement is patriotic education, as well as the physical, intellectual and social development of young people.
