At the Russian military base in Tajikistan, a training and methodological training session with non-commissioned officers in preparation for the new training period has ended.

During the week, the servicemen were given classes on organizing the daily life of units, training and educating subordinate personnel. The leaders of the classes brought to the trainees the requirements of the governing documents, as well as the safety requirements when conducting combat training classes, performing park and household work.

In practical training, servicemen improved their skills in organizing service in a daily dress, the procedure for ensuring the safety of clothing, weapons and materiel.

At the end of the training camp, tests were passed in fire, medical, drill training, driving combat vehicles and knowledge of general military regulations. The standards for physical training and mastery of hand-to-hand fighting techniques were also checked.

About 300 servicemen of motorized rifle, artillery, reconnaissance, engineering units, as well as units of the rear, took part in the training and methodological meeting.

The 201st military base in Tajikistan is Russia’s largest military facility outside its borders. Located in two cities – Dushanbe and Bokhtar. It includes motorized rifle, tank, artillery, reconnaissance units, air defense, communications, radiation, chemical and biological defense units.
