The main objectives of the program are to adapt people with disabilities to the needs of modern employers, increase their competitiveness in the labor market and assist in employment.
The program is open to unemployed Russian citizens belonging to the category of disabled people living in Moscow and not registered as unemployed. To do this, you will need to submit an application to one of the city employment centers – with a personal appeal (including through an authorized representative) or in electronic form.
The program provides for different forms of training (full-time, part-time and part-time), it will be possible to choose the appropriate one, taking into account the capabilities and needs of the participant. If you find it difficult to choose a future profession and a direction of study in employment centers, you can get advice on vocational guidance.
During the entire period of study, program participants will receive a scholarship in the amount of 12,792 rubles per month.
People with disabilities who have successfully mastered the educational program and passed the final attestation will be issued documents confirming their education and (or) qualifications or training documents.
