When considering regional issues, the Russian side drew attention to the opportunities opening up for Georgia to unblock transport communications and economic ties in the Transcaucasus in the context of the regional consultative mechanism “3 + 3” initiated by the presidents of Azerbaijan I. G. Aliyev and Turkey R. T. Erdogan (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia a plus Russia, Iran, Turkey).
