The personnel of the Tula Guards Airborne Force in physical training took part in a comprehensive lesson using the CrossFit system.

Within the framework of the lesson at 12 training places, the servicemen had to perform a number of exercises in one minute, consisting of anaerobic exercises, gymnastics (exercises with their own body weight) and weightlifting.

The one-hour gym session included warm-up, skill development, high-intensity core training, and stretching.

The training results were individually scored to stimulate competition and track progress.

During the training, we used barbells, dumbbells, horizontal bars, jump ropes, weights, medical balls.

The CrossFit program is decentralized, with a common methodology used by thousands of gyms around the world, including by law enforcement officials, as well as school physical education teachers, school and college sports teams.
