Muscovites from 22 old houses located in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas will be able to move into these houses. The City Property Department sent letters offering equivalent apartments to 1,844 Muscovites (866 families). And about 90 percent of Muscovites – 1,645 people (685 families) – have already made their choice, ”said Maxim Gaman.

Not far from the residential complex in Mosrentgen there is the Troitsk forest park; the Mamyri metro station is being built to provide transport services to residents. It will be located at the intersection of Kaluzhskoe Highway and General Kornilov Street – a 10-minute walk from new buildings.
