In the district, the renovation program includes 818 houses with a total area of ​​more than 2.5 million square meters of apartments. “For wave resettlement in the district, 69 launch sites have been selected, construction of 49 social facilities is planned,” added Sergei Levkin.

The housing stock renovation program was approved by the Moscow Government in August 2017. It includes 5175 houses, which contain more than 350 thousand apartments. For the implementation of the renovation program, 533 launch sites were selected.
