The buildings will be united by a one-storey underground part with a one-level parking lot.

On Akademika Korolev Street in the Marfino district, two residential buildings will be built under the renovation program. The corresponding project has already been approved, said Anna Yakovleva, head of the Moscow State Expertise.

“The renovation program enables Muscovites living in outdated five-storey buildings to get modern and comfortable housing in the immediate vicinity of the old buildings. So, the specialists of Mosgosexpertiza approved the project for the construction of a residential building, consisting of two buildings, on Akademika Korolev Street. All apartments will be finished in accordance with the standards developed specifically for the renovation program, ”she said.

Residential buildings will be united by a one-storey underground part, where a one-level parking lot will be located. Cars will enter and leave through the security post. In addition, within the framework of the project, a one-story non-residential building will be built, which will be connected to the buildings by a colonnade. Public premises will be located in it and on the first floors of new buildings.

“A total of 431 apartments have been designed: 92 one-room, 286 two-room and 53 three-room. At the same time, within the framework of the project, the houses will be equipped with apartments for people with limited mobility, ”added Anna Yakovleva.

The outer walls of the buildings will be clad with fiber cement panels as part of a certified facade system with a ventilated gap.

The adjacent territory will be landscaped: they will make flat parking lots, driveways and pedestrian zones, equip children’s and sports grounds, and a recreation area. They will also install small architectural forms, carry out outdoor lighting, break lawns, plant trees and shrubs.

Two new buildings under the renovation program in the North-Eastern Administrative District will be transferred for settlement in the first half of 2022

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It includes 5175 houses. About a million Muscovites will be able to move to new apartments. For construction handpicked 533 launch sites.
