The creative teams of the Tula region organized a performance under the windows of hospitals for military and civilian doctors-women helping local residents in the fight against coronavirus infection. A special program was performed for medical specialists, which included military-patriotic and folk songs.

“There are 19 patients in the department for pregnant women of the Novomoskovsk City Clinical Hospital. More than 100 hospital staff are women, including 12 military medical specialists. Their care helps our patients cope with the infection, recover sooner and return home. Despite hard work and fatigue, they keep warmth and comfort in their families, remain loving wives and mothers, ”said Yuri Komov, deputy chief physician of the Novomoskovsk City Clinical Hospital.

Specialists of the Russian Ministry of Defense from the military medical units and military medical organizations of the Western, Southern and Eastern military districts, the Northern Fleet, the Strategic Missile Forces and the Airborne Forces are helping local residents of the Tula region in the fight against coronavirus infection.

Military specialists work in the admission and triage, hospital, infectious, sanitary and epidemiological department, as well as the department of anesthesiology and intensive care, laboratories for PCR diagnostics and research of other analyzes and samples.

More than 200 specialists of the military medical service were involved in providing assistance. Military doctors have at their disposal artificial ventilation devices, monitors for intensive observation of patients, X-ray machines, ultrasound machines, blood analyzers and other medical equipment necessary for the treatment of a wide range of pathologies.

Reception of patients is carried out in compliance with all sanitary and epidemiological rules.
