At the basing point of the Caspian Flotilla (CFL), a training and methodological meeting was held with paramedics and sanitary instructors of ship formations and military units of the coastal forces.

The training activities were organized under the guidance of the Chief of Medical Service of the CFL. Servicemen on the basis of the medical company of the Marine Corps Regiment have undergone special training in the provision of primary pre-medical health care.

During the training session in the military medical training class and on the tactical training field, military doctors studied the features of providing first aid in combat conditions. In practice, methods have been worked out to extract people from combat vehicles (equipment) using improvised means and items of combat equipment, as well as standards for loading conditionally wounded into ambulance and combined-arms transport.

Sanitary instructors and paramedics have worked out the method of rendering assistance to conditionally sick and military personnel who have received various injuries and wounds during the hostilities. Also, the participants of the gathering got acquainted with the latest methods of treatment for a new coronavirus infection and measures to prevent the disease.

One of the main tasks of the gathering was to check and educate the psychological readiness of military medical workers in the performance of their professional duties. Each soldier is obliged to act confidently in any extreme and non-standard situations on the battlefield.

In total, more than 60 military personnel of the KFL medical units took part in the training and methodological meeting.
