It is planned to be commissioned in 2022.

In Khovrin, the construction of the building of the children’s clinic has been completed. This was announced by the head of the capital Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

“The construction of the children’s polyclinic building for 320 visits per shift has been completed in the Khovrino district at the address: Zelenogradskaya street, possession 27, building 1. Today, masonry work is underway on the external and internal walls, internal engineering communications are being laid, and the facade has begun. Commissioning is planned for 2022, ”he said.

The medical facility was built in accordance with the new Moscow standard for polyclinics. There will be a spacious hall with a “second light”, comfortable waiting areas for patients, a clear navigation system, offices with modern equipment.

There are plans to put in order the territory near the clinic: there will be bicycle parking and a playground, specialists will lay the lawn, plant shrubs and trees.

The facades are made in a single concept developed for the New Moscow Polyclinic Standard program.

There are four floors in the building of the polyclinic. On the first one, a lobby with a cloakroom for visitors, a buffet, bathrooms, medical offices, a filter box, office and auxiliary premises will be placed, and an area for receiving analyzes will be made. On the second and third floors, there are medical offices and areas where visitors await a doctor’s appointment. On the fourth floor there are medical offices, a physiotherapy room for 10 people with changing rooms, administrative and auxiliary premises.

According to Rafik Zagrutdinov, the main task of building polyclinics, in addition to providing medical care, is to create convenient and comfortable spaces for patients and medical staff that meet the new Moscow standard for polyclinics.
