In the 2022 academic year, more than 70 exercises of various levels are planned to be held in the combined-arms formation of the Central Military District (CVO), stationed in Siberia. This was announced by the commander of the association, Lieutenant General Sergei Ryzhkov.

“For the 2022 academic year, the association has planned more than 70 exercises at various levels – from company tactical exercises to bilateral command and staff exercises between the combined arms formations of the Central Military District,” said the commander of the association.

Lieutenant General Sergei Ryzhkov also noted that all the exercises will be conducted with a complex theme, when, against the background of a dynamic, rapidly changing situation, the troops are moving from one type of combat to another.

All combat training events are planned in accordance with the evolving epidemic situation and are aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus infection. In the formations and military units, the necessary supply of respiratory protection, personal hygiene and sanitation has been produced.
