The International Export Forum “Made in Russia”, organized by the Russian Export Center, will take place in Moscow. The event will take place on December 10, the press service of the REC reports.

Heads of federal and regional authorities, exporting companies, development institutions and business associations, as well as Russian and foreign experts are invited to take part in the forum. Traditionally, the event is attended by top officials of the Russian government. For example, in 2020, the plenary session was opened by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

This year the forum program was formed taking into account the interests of exporters of any scale and experience, as well as the changed world agenda. The key topic will be the new challenges and opportunities in the post-pandemic era associated with the transition to digital solutions and technologies. In particular, this topic will be discussed at the plenary session “2030 – already tomorrow. What to do?”

Also, within the framework of the forum, issues of the future of Russian non-resource non-energy exports, the impact of exports on the economic development of regions, exports through e-commerce channels, measures to support exports, expanding logistics corridors and prospects for working in the markets of China, the Middle East, a number of European and CIS countries will be discussed. For this, an international business mission will be organized on the sidelines of the forum, as well as a series of webinars, speeches, discussions and other events with the participation of leading speakers and experts.

According to REC Director General Veronika Nikishina, the Made in Russia forum is a unique platform not only for discussing topical export issues, but also for developing practical solutions to increase the supply of Russian goods and services abroad.

“Over the past few years, a number of events have taken place that have changed both the Russian economy and the world market. We are faced with a new challenge:“ 2030 is already tomorrow. What to do? “Answers to this global question will begin the central event of our forum – the plenary session,” said Veronika Nikishina.

In addition, within the framework of the forum, the ceremony of awarding the All-Russian prize “Exporter of the Year” will take place. An exhibition exposition with a presentation of samples of export products will also be presented to the guests’ attention.

The forum will be held in a hybrid format at the Congress Center of the World Trade Center. The final number of participants who can visit the site will depend on the epidemiological situation.
