On round-the-clock duty are emergency teams of engineering companies and prefectures of administrative districts.

In places of possible accumulation of water, special equipment was placed and the duty of the Mosvodostok brigades was organized. The specialists took the necessary measures to protect buildings, transport and trade facilities, and facilities under construction from wind gusts. In addition, the electric grid organizations were instructed to prepare emergency power supplies.

Residents of the capital are advised to be careful on the street. During strong winds, do not hide under trees and park cars near them. It is also advised to beware of weakly reinforced structures. On the roads, it is necessary to be especially attentive to the traffic rules and the distance, as the visibility will deteriorate due to bad weather.
