98 percent of public services today are provided on an extraterritorial basis.
From December 6, five offices “My Documents” will temporarily restrict the reception of visitors due to overhaul… They are located in the districts Moskvorechye-Saburovo, Pechatniki, Sviblovo, Prospekt Vernadsky and Yuzhnoye Medvedkovo. In most cases, Muscovites and guests of the capital can turn to other offices: 98 percent of public services are provided on an extraterritorial basis.
During the renovation, the territorial subdivisions on migration issues of the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Moscow will move to the premises of other centers. There it will be possible to pick up ready-made documents and apply for the production of new ones. These services are provided on a territorial basis.
Employees of the center of public services of the Moskvorechye-Saburovo district (Proletarskiy prospect, house 18) will hold a reception in the center of public services of the Tsaritsyno district (Medikov street, house 1/1, building 3). For the services of the department on migration issues, residents are asked to contact the center of public services of the Nagatinsky Zaton district (Nagatinskaya street, house 27). The center of public services of the Pechatniki district (86 Shosseinaya street) will move to Lyublino (53 Lyublinskaya street). The center in the Prospect Vernadsky district (Udaltsova street, building 14, building 1) will move to Troparevo-Nikulino (Pokryshkina street, building 4, Zvezdochka shopping center), and the center from Yuzhny Medvedkov (Polyarnaya street, building 2) – to Severnoye Medvedkovo (Polyarnaya street, building 31, building 1). The center of public services of the Sviblovo district (Igarskiy proezd, building 8) will operate in the Babushkinskiy district (Letchik Babushkina street, building 1, building 1).
During the overhaul, the centers will update engineering communications, modernize the heating system, and repair the roof. The operation of ventilation and air conditioning systems will be improved, and sanitary zones will be expanded. The stay in the centers of public services for people with limited mobility will become more comfortable.
The approximate date for the opening of the updated centers of public services is the III-IV quarter of 2022. Information about the resumption of work of the offices will be posted on the website “My documents”and in official accounts on social networks.
All metropolitan centers of public services meet a single standard of comfort and meet certain requirements. They are equipped with ramps for people with limited mobility, staff call buttons and elevators, each office has rooms or windows for people with disabilities, and signs in Braille are installed. For the hearing impaired, there is a video remote translation service into Russian sign language. The offices have sanitary rooms for people with disabilities, rooms for mothers and children.
District offices “My Documents” are open daily from 08:00 to 20:00, flagship offices and the Palace of Public Services at VDNKh – from 10:00 to 22:00.
