More than 6 thousand objects of range equipment have been prepared for the winter training period in the Central Military District (CVD) in the regions of the Urals, Siberia, the Volga region, as well as at Russian military bases in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

In addition, for the winter period of training at 16 training grounds in the Central Military District, 26 areas of army tactical shooting were prepared, simulating a tactical situation for training in the conduct of hostilities in a limited space: houses, city blocks and rugged forests.

Also, to increase the effectiveness of the management of combat training at the district training grounds, 45 command posts were deployed, which will ensure high-quality and objective control of activities and activities for each commander.

The Central Military District is deployed on the territory of the Volga, Ural and Siberian federal districts and 29 constituent entities of Russia. The district structurally includes several foreign objects: Russian military bases on the territory of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as units on the territory of Kazakhstan. The headquarters is located in Yekaterinburg.
