Over 250 graduates of the school of military cooks of the Western Military District from the Moscow region left for the places of further service in the formations and military units stationed in 26 subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as in the units of the Russian Guard. During the current training period, a unique training military unit has trained military cooks and bakers
Each graduate has over 150 hours of special training. Servicemen in the hospital and in the field studied the technology of cooking, catering, technological equipment in canteens of military units, technical means for preparing and transporting food in stationary and field conditions, the basics of physiology and food hygiene. In the course of technical training, the specialists of the military school of cooks learned how to use machines for slicing bread, peeling vegetables, potatoes, and also mastered dishwashers and cutlet machines.
The bakers baked bakery products in stationary bakeries and in the field on an army trailed bakery unit, meeting the standards for its deployment.
All students of the school of cooks received a state certificate upon completion of their training.
