More than 600 families received new housing.

In December, the resettlement of seven houses in renovation program in the districts Timiryazevsky, Severny, Ivanovskoye, Severnoye Izmailovo, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki and Kryukovo, said the head of the capital Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

“In the first half of December, seven houses were completely resettled at the addresses: Vsevolod Vishnevsky Street, Building 9, Building 2 and 9th Northern Line, Building 7 in the North and North-East of Moscow, respectively, 11th Parkovaya Street, Building 53, 9- I Parkovaya street, house 70, building 2 and Zeleny prospect, house 101 in the Eastern Administrative District, Demyan Bednogo street, house 16 in the north-west of the capital and Zavodskaya street, house 16 in Zelenograd Administrative District. More than 600 families have received new apartments, ”the head of the department noted.

The participants of the renovation program have moved into apartments of equal value in new buildings not far from old houses. Sergey Levkin specified that 53 old buildings have been resettled since the beginning of 2021.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. Thanks to her, about one million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions. For its implementation, 534 launch sites were selected.
