The capital is implementing the most ambitious program of modernization of primary health care in the entire history of the city.

About 50 polyclinics will be reconstructed in Moscow next year. Told about it Sergei Sobyanin in an interview with the program “Week in the City” on the TV channel “Russia 1”.

“We spare no effort or resources. Despite the pandemic, restrictions and so on, we continue to work. Next year we will reconstruct another 50-60 polyclinics, about 200 in total until 2023. In 2023, I think we will have already completed the implementation of this program (in 200 polyclinics). The result is worth it, ”said the Moscow Mayor.

According to him, the program for the reconstruction of polyclinics is one of the most popular among Muscovites. It is very valuable that the townspeople in the renovated polyclinics will be able to receive quality care in a comfortable environment.

“Nothing remains of the old building there. Nothing but the skeleton, and we will seriously reconstruct it, ”added Sergei Sobyanin.

Reconstruction of 35 polyclinics will be completed by the end of this year. Modernization program primary health care, which is now taking place in Moscow, is the largest in the history of the city. It includes almost 200 buildings of city polyclinicsbuilt over 50 years ago. As part of the program, medical institutions carry out major repairs and redevelopment, organize convenient logistics and install modern equipment.
