The command of the military base of the Southern Military District (YuVO) in Armenia checked the work of the communal maintenance service. The heating systems were checked, first of all, the operation of the boiler houses. Particular attention was paid to electricity and water supply systems.

Based on the results of the inspection, the commission from the officers of the military base management concluded that the heating of the barracks and housing stock of the Russian military base in the Republic of Armenia is carried out in accordance with the current standards. The preparations for the winter period have been completed in full, the life support systems of the military camps are operating normally, no emergency conditions have been found. In addition, with the beginning of the heating season, teams have been formed in the utility service to eliminate emergency situations as soon as possible.

By the beginning of the heating season, the specialists of the communal-operational part of the military base created the necessary fuel supply, carried out maintenance and routine maintenance of boiler equipment and engineering networks. More than 60 boiler operators underwent a three-week training in early October, after which they passed the exam for admission to work.

For heating the barracks, buildings and structures, 18 boiler houses operating on gas, fuel oil and solid fuels are involved. In total, at the moment, heat has been supplied to more than 100 buildings. Power supply is provided by 12 transformer substations.
