“The area of ​​the four plots to be redeveloped is almost 35 hectares. These are two sections of the former Medvedkovo industrial zone and one each of the former industrial zones Alabushevo and Graivoronovo. Investments in the reorganization of the territories will exceed 65 billion rubles, and budget revenues will amount to six billion rubles a year. More than 25 thousand new jobs will appear for the residents of the city, ”the deputy mayor said.

The plots are located in the south-east, north-east of the capital and in Zelenograd. In place of warehouses, garages, parking lots and car services, according to the head of the capital Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Alexandra Prokhorova, It is planned to build more than 825 thousand square meters of real estate.

“Modern environmentally friendly production facilities will be built on the territory of the former industrial zone Alabushevo, they will occupy 64 thousand square meters. Residential buildings will be built only on the territory of the former industrial zone of Graivoronovo – almost 97 thousand square meters. Public and business buildings – offices, shops, banks – will occupy more than 664 thousand square meters on all four plots, ”he explained.

A project for the integrated development of another section of the former industrial zone of Graivoronovo, near the Novokhokhlovskaya MCC station and the MCD-2 station of the same name, has already been approved. There will be scientific-production and public-business spaces in which more than 400 new jobs will be created. The total area of ​​all real estate will be 55 thousand square meters. Banks, cafes, shops and sports grounds will open here.

The first agreement on the project for the integrated development of territories was concluded in 2020, it concerns the Oktyabrskoye Pole industrial zone and covers 5.92 hectares. The investments will amount to about 14 billion rubles, and the budgetary effect will be about 1.8 billion rubles. The investor plans to complete construction here by 2024.

At the moment, decisions have been made on the integrated development of territories with a total area of ​​almost 210 hectares. More than 440 billion rubles are planned to be invested in their reorganization. This will create over 60 thousand jobs.
