In Tsaritsyn, the house began to be populated under the renovation program. Residents of two five-story buildings have begun to move, said the head Department of urban planning policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin.

“Yesterday, the issuance of inspection orders to residents of house 40, building 1 and building 42, building 1 on Kavkazsky Boulevard began. They will be offered equivalent apartments in a nearby new building (house 40). More than 200 families are preparing for the move. The resettlement information center is located on the first floor of the new building. All the participants of the renovation program are provided with consulting services and assistance during the move free of charge, ”said Sergei Levkin.

The monolithic two-section house was commissioned this year. It has 194 apartments: 32 one-room, 130 two-room, 32 three-room. Public premises will be located on the first floor of the building.

Under the renovation program in Tsaritsyn, 141 houses are to be resettled and demolished, where just over 36 thousand people live. For the wave resettlement of residents, 15 launch sites with an area of ​​more than 220 thousand square meters were selected.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017, it included 5175 houses. Next year they plan to build about one and a half million square meters of housing. More than 45 thousand participants of the renovation program have already received the keys to new apartments.
